This project is a series of in-house experiments with caustics.
We focused on capturing the subtle complexity of caustics — how light bends, refracts, and creates patterns.
Ripple motion was simulated in Houdini using the Ripple Solver, with lighting and rendering done in 3ds Max and V-Ray GPU.
Motion was designed with the help of Houdini and TyFlow. Lighting and rendering performed inside 3ds Max with V-Ray GPU 7.2.
