Who is responsible
The data controller is Dabarti studio in Białystok, Poland. For privacy questions or requests, email [email protected].
02
What we collect
- The contact details and project information you choose to send through the enquiry form.
- Limited technical data used to secure the form and understand overall website use.
- Website statistics are collected without cookies and are not used to build advertising profiles.
03
Why we use it
We use enquiry data to reply and prepare a possible project (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Limited technical data helps us protect and improve the website, based on our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We never use enquiry details for advertising or include them in website statistics.
04
Who can access it
Access is limited to authorised Dabarti team members and the service providers needed to run our website and email. Where data is processed outside the EEA, the required safeguards apply.
05
How long we keep it
If an enquiry does not become a project, we normally delete the correspondence 90 days after the last meaningful contact. Project and business records are kept for the duration of the relationship and any period required by law. Temporary form-security records are deleted within two days.
06
Your rights
Depending on the situation, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or data portability. You may also complain to the Polish data-protection authority. Email [email protected] to make a request.
Please do not send confidential files through the public form. Contact us first so we can agree an NDA or a suitable transfer method.
Questions or requests
Write directly to the studio. We will answer a privacy request without routing it through the project form.
