Privacy notice.

The data controller is the Dabarti studio operating in Białystok, Poland. For every privacy request, use [email protected].

• The contact and project information you choose to enter in the enquiry form.
• Basic technical request data needed to secure the form and prevent automated abuse.
• Cookie-free, aggregate website usage data collected by our self-hosted Matomo installation.

We use enquiry data to answer you and take the pre-contractual steps you ask us to take (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). We process limited technical data to protect the form and our service against abuse, based on our legitimate interest in service security (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Form content is not sent to Matomo and is not used for advertising profiles.

Enquiries are available to authorised Dabarti team members. The website and email flow use service providers including home.pl, Google Workspace and Cloudflare. Matomo is hosted by us. Providers may process technical data outside the EEA where applicable safeguards are used.

The form handler does not write a raw visitor IP address. It creates a keyed, non-reversible identifier for short-term rate limiting instead.

If an enquiry does not become a project, we aim to remove its working correspondence 90 days after the last meaningful contact. If work proceeds, necessary correspondence and business records are kept for the relationship and any period required by law. Short-lived form security and duplicate-prevention records use a two-day retention window and are removed during the next form request.

Depending on the situation, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or data portability. You may also complain to the Polish data-protection authority (UODO). Contact [email protected] to make a request.

Please do not send confidential files through the public form. Email us first so we can agree an NDA or a suitable transfer route.
